Terms of Service.
These are the terms on which The Business Zone 1343 CC, trading as Wozzel, provides the Wozzel platform to your business.
Last updated 2 November 2026
By using Wozzel, your business agrees to these terms. If you are setting Wozzel up for a business, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
1. Who we are
Wozzel is a trading name of The Business Zone 1343 CC, a close corporation registered in South Africa, registration number 2006/009864/23, VAT number 4610254056, of 122 Oostewal Road, Langebaan, Western Cape, 7357, South Africa. In these terms “we” and “Wozzel” mean The Business Zone 1343 CC. “You” means the business using Wozzel and the people it lets use it.

2. What Wozzel is
Wozzel is a sales platform for businesses that sell equipment and parts: quoting, a shared inbox, a website with a chat widget, and an AI partner that drafts, summarises and prepares work for you by conversation.
One rule runs through all of it: nothing is sent, posted or promised in your name until a person in your business approves it. Wozzel drafts and queues. You say yes.
3. Your account
There is no self-service sign-up. We set your business up with you and make the first person its owner. Owners add members, set their roles, connect mailboxes and manage billing.
You are responsible for what the people on your account do, for keeping sign-in details private, and for removing people who leave. One login is for one person. If you think an account has been compromised, write to security@wozzel.ai straight away.
4. Your data
Everything you put into Wozzel stays yours: your customers, contacts, quotes, catalogue, documents, mail and conversations. We use it only to run Wozzel for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to put that information into Wozzel and to have us process it, including the personal information of your customers and the mail in the mailboxes you connect. Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, you are the responsible party for your customers’ information and we act as your operator.
If you want a copy of your data, ask support. We send it as spreadsheets within 10 working days.
5. Connected mailboxes
An owner can connect your Microsoft 365 tenant or a Gmail mailbox. Wozzel then reads new mail in the mailboxes you choose to feed the inbox, and sends replies, quotes and follow-ups from them when a person approves.
Mail in a personal mailbox is visible only to its owner. Mail in a shared mailbox is visible to your whole business. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time; mail Wozzel stored from a removed member is deleted within 30 days.
6. AI work
Wozzel uses AI models to draft replies, build quotes, answer your website visitors and summarise your inbox. AI can be wrong. Read what it drafts before you approve it, and treat prices, dates and promises in a draft as suggestions until you have checked them.
Your website chat answers visitors in your name from what you have taught it. You are responsible for what you teach it and for how you use the details it collects.
Wozzel’s AI is not legal, tax or financial advice.
7. Credits and payment
Wozzel is usage-based. The only thing you pay for is the AI work Wozzel does. There is no monthly fee and no fee per user.
- Credits are prepaid and priced in US dollars. You choose an amount from USD 10 to USD 2,000 per payment and receive exactly that credit.
- You pay by card or EFT, in South African rand, at an exchange rate locked at checkout and shown before you pay. VAT is added at the rate that applies to your business (15 % for a business in South Africa).
- Payments are processed by Paystack. You enter card details on Paystack’s secure page. Wozzel never stores your card number.
- Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. A card payment confirms immediately; an EFT confirms when your bank does, usually within minutes.
- An owner may save a card and turn on automatic top-up at a threshold and amount they choose. An owner can switch it off at any time.
- A tax invoice in rand, showing the USD credit, the rate and VAT, is emailed to your owners and kept in the app.
- When your balance reaches zero, Wozzel’s AI pauses until you top up. Everything else keeps working and nothing is deleted.
- Credits do not expire. They are not money: they cannot be transferred to another business or exchanged for cash except as the Refund Policy allows, and they earn no interest.
We may change our prices. We will tell your owners by email at least 30 days before a change applies to you; credits already bought keep their value.
8. Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase. Used credits cannot. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.
9. Disputed payments
If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, the credits that payment bought are removed from your balance. If they have been used, your balance goes negative and Wozzel’s AI stops until the balance is positive again. Any saved cards are removed and automatic top-up is switched off. We will contact you, and we decide any further step case by case. Nothing is suspended automatically. Please write to us before raising a dispute; it is almost always quicker.
10. Acceptable use
Use Wozzel lawfully and for your own business. In particular:
- Email only people you are entitled to email. Direct-marketing rules in the Protection of Personal Information Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply to what you send, and following them is your responsibility.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or malicious, and do not try to get into another business’s data or interfere with the service.
- Do not resell Wozzel or give access to people outside your business.
- Do not use the chat widget or forms to collect information you have no right to collect.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep Wozzel available and we tell owners about planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, add or retire features. The rule in section 2 does not change.
12. Ending
You can stop using Wozzel at any time by telling support. We can suspend or end your access for non-payment, a breach of these terms or a security risk, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
When your account ends you can still ask for a copy of your data, which we send as spreadsheets within 10 working days. We delete your business’s data 30 days after it leaves, except what we must keep by law, such as tax invoices. Copies in backups roll off on our hosting provider’s schedule.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will email your owners and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Wozzel after the change means your business accepts it.
