Wozzel charges for what it does, not for how many people use it. Add as many users, mailboxes and quotes as you like. The only thing you pay for is the AI work Wozzel does for you, and you pay for that in advance.
01Credits
Buy credits in USD. Pay in rand.
Credits are priced in US dollars. You choose an amount from USD 10 up to USD 2,000 per payment, and that is exactly the credit your business receives.
You pay in South African rand, by card or EFT. The exchange rate is locked at checkout and shown before you pay, so there are no surprises on your statement.
VAT is added on top at the rate that applies to your business (15 % for a business in South Africa). Your tax invoice is issued in rand and shows the USD credit, the rate used and the VAT.
What uses credits
Credits are spent as Wozzel works: a conversation in Ask Wozzel, a drafted reply in the inbox, an answer from your website chat, a page it generates for your site. Each piece of work uses a small amount, depending on how much Wozzel had to read and write to do it.
Your balance, and what Wozzel has used, are shown in the app under Settings → Billing.
What never uses credits
Users, mailboxes, quotes, the inbox, your catalogue, your website and your documents. There is no monthly fee, no fee per user and no charge for the records you keep in Wozzel.
When the balance runs out
Wozzel’s AI pauses until you top up, and that includes the chat on your website: visitors are told the team will get back to them, and their messages still reach your inbox.
Nothing else stops. Your quotes, inbox, catalogue and website keep working, and every record stays exactly where it was.
Credits do not expire
A credit you buy stays on your balance until Wozzel uses it.
02Paying
Card or EFT, through Paystack.
Payments are processed by Paystack. You enter your card details on Paystack’s secure page. Wozzel never sees or stores your card number.
Online payment is being switched on. Until then, email support@wozzel.ai to add credits.
Automatic top-up (optional)
Your business’s owner can save a card and set a threshold. When the balance drops below it, Wozzel tops up by the amount you chose and emails the invoice. Switch it off at any time under Settings → Billing.
Invoices
Every payment produces a tax invoice from The Business Zone 1343 CC, trading as Wozzel, in rand. It shows the USD credit you bought, the rate locked at checkout, VAT and the total charged. Invoices are emailed to the business’s owners and kept under Settings → Billing.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Used credits cannot. The full policy is on the Refunds page.
